If you're unable unable to connect to a printer or print to a printer, try these few steps prior to submitting a ticket:

  • Confirm printer is on (power cable connected)
  • Confirm the printer is connected to internet (either ethernet cable is plugged in or WIFI is connected)
  • Confirm your machine is connected to the same network as the printer
  • Try rebooting your machine
  • Try power cycling the printer (unplug power for 30 seconds, then plug back in)
