If you're unable unable to connect to a printer or print to a printer, try these few steps prior to submitting a ticket:
- Confirm printer is on (power cable connected)
- Confirm the printer is connected to internet (either ethernet cable is plugged in or WIFI is connected)
- Confirm your machine is connected to the same network as the printer
- Try rebooting your machine
- Try power cycling the printer (unplug power for 30 seconds, then plug back in)
