AJV currently operates multiple meeting rooms and a van throughout AJV campuses.To provide simple and clear visibility for all, users should follow this process to confirm availability and schedule meeting rooms/van.

In order to reserve a Meeting Room:

  • Open Outlook
  • Select Calendar in bottom left


  • After you are in the calendar view within Outlook, select "New Meeting" then select "New Meeting" within the drop down.


  • A pop-up will appear (like a new email). Select "Rooms" off to the right of "Location"


  • After clicking "Rooms," another pop-up will appear with the possible rooms/van that are available for reservation (first picture).
  • Double click the room you are wanting to make a reservation in and select "OK" (second picture).



  • Next step will be to designate what time and date you would like to make the reservation.
  • Here you can also edit the subject and message (if not done already).
  • Press send when all information that is needed is correct.
